This issue was fixed in CLM 6.0.6.1 iFix001. The error occurs because permissions are checked only against the project area instead of against the “best process area”, which is the team area. Possible reasons include naming conflicts, lack of permissions, or you are not a member of the associated project area. One or more configurations cannot be created.
